Meloriqo Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines form part of the Meloriqo Terms of Use and apply to everyone who uses the Service. Meloriqo is intended for users aged 13 and over, and users aged 13 to 17 use it with the consent of a parent or guardian. Please use it in a way that is lawful, honest and respectful of others.

1. Expected conduct

1.1. Use your own notes, study materials, or text you are permitted to use.

1.2. Check important facts against a reliable source. Songs are generated by AI and may contain errors.

1.3. Make clear that a song was generated by AI when you share it with others.

1.4. Report songs that breach these Guidelines through the Report function in the song's menu.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use Meloriqo to create, submit or share:

2.1. Unlawful content, or content intended to facilitate unlawful activity.

2.2. Harassment or hate, including bullying, threats, or attacks on a person or group on the basis of a protected characteristic.

2.3. Content that sexualises or exploits minors. We apply a policy of zero tolerance: such accounts are terminated and, where required, reported to the competent authorities.

2.4. Sexually explicit content of any kind.

2.5. Content promoting self-harm or suicide.

2.6. Impersonation, including the imitation of a real person's voice or a request for a song imitating the style of a specific real artist.

2.7. Material that infringes copyright, such as lyrics or other text that you do not own and are not permitted to use.

2.8. Deceptive content, including presenting an AI-generated song as the work of a human, or removing or obscuring the AI watermark.

2.9. Spam or unsolicited promotion.

2.10. Misuse of the Service, including scraping, reverse engineering, circumvention of limits, Credits or filters, and the use of multiple accounts to obtain free Credits.

3. Enforcement

3.1. Automated filters may decline requests that appear to breach these Guidelines.

3.2. We review reports and may remove content that breaches these Guidelines.

3.3. Depending on the seriousness of a breach, we may remove the content concerned, issue a warning, or suspend or terminate the account. Serious breaches may result in immediate suspension or termination.

3.4. If you believe a decision was made in error, you may appeal by writing to shelbulab@gmail.com with "Appeal" in the subject line.
